Led end-to-end operating transformation across 50+ stakeholders. Built comprehensive product operating system, introduced idea-to-impact workflows, RICE/ICE prioritization, tech debt management, OKR alignment, and tiger UAT quality gates.

High support ticket volume slowed adoption. Onboarding friction was reducing platform engagement across enterprise clients.
